Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information NextFi Advisors, Inc. (“NextFi,” “we”) collects through the Agentic AI Governance Review diagnostic and related forms on agentic.nextfiadvisors.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim for plain language; if anything below is unclear, contact us at barry.eisenberg@nextfiadvisors.com.
1. Information we collect
We collect only information you submit directly through one of our forms:
- Diagnostic responses: your answers to the 24 questions in the Agentic AI Governance Review, plus the pre-flight question that determines whether the diagnostic applies to your situation.
- Contact information: name, work email, organization, and role.
- Optional notes: any free-text context you provide on the pre-deployment or contact forms.
We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or behavioral analytics. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts on this site.
2. How we use it
- To review your diagnostic responses and produce a personalized preliminary report, which a NextFi analyst sends to the email address you provide, typically within two business hours.
- To follow up about a potential paid Agentic AI Governance Review engagement, the NextFi Intelligence Hub, or related material relevant to your stage.
- In aggregate and de-identified form, to calibrate the diagnostic itself — for example, to review whether score bands reflect realistic respondent distributions.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
3. Where it’s stored
Submissions are written to a private Notion database that only NextFi personnel can access. Email notifications are delivered via Resend. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. These providers act as data processors on our behalf; they do not use your information for their own purposes.
Notion, Resend, and Netlify primarily operate from the United States. By submitting information you consent to it being processed there. If you require an alternative arrangement, contact us before submitting.
4. Who sees it
Inside NextFi: only the small team reviewing intake. Outside NextFi: nobody, except the processors named above and as required by law. We do not share your information with partners, marketers, data brokers, or any third party for their own use, and we never sell it.
5. How long we keep it
We retain submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver the preliminary report, pursue any follow-up engagement, and operate the diagnostic. If you ask us to delete your record, we will do so within thirty days unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
6. Your choices and rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as data portability or the right to object), those rights apply here as well.
To exercise any of these rights, email barry.eisenberg@nextfiadvisors.com from the address you used to submit, or from one you can verify as yours. We will respond within thirty days.
7. Security
We use reputable processors, transmit submissions over HTTPS, restrict access to authorized personnel, and avoid retaining data we do not need. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children
The diagnostic is intended for professionals at financial institutions and is not directed to anyone under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this notice
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, take reasonable steps to inform recent respondents. The current version is always available at /privacy.
